Bayelsa Senator Konbowei Defects to APC Amid PDP Crisis

Senator Benson Konbowei of Bayelsa Central Senatorial District has officially defected from the People's Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC) due to internal divisions and leadership crisis within the PDP.
