Benjamin Sesko Named Manchester United's February Player

Benjamin Sesko has won Manchester United’s February Player of the Month award, his first since arriving at the club in the summer. The Slovenian striker made a significant impact despite not starting in four Premier League fixtures.

He scored three goals during the month, including a crucial winner against Fulham and a dramatic late equalizer against West Ham, which helped secure the club's goal of the month prize. Club officials announced that Sesko received 61 percent of the votes on the Manchester United app, finishing ahead of goalkeeper Senn Lammen, who garnered 33 percent, and defender Harry Maguire, who received six percent.

Sesko is the first Slovenian international and the first center forward to win this monthly award, following Rasmus Hojlund, who was on loan at Napoli. The award was announced after Manchester United's match against Crystal Palace, which took place at Old Trafford.
