Beta Glass PLC Reports N149.1bn Profit for 2025

Beta Glass PLC announced a profit after tax of N149.1 billion for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, representing a significant 144% increase compared to the previous year. The company's revenue rose by 27%, from N117.58 billion in 2024 to N149.12 billion in 2025.

Gross profit surged by 71%, reaching N52.66 billion, up from N30.76 billion. Operating profit also saw a remarkable jump of 104%, increasing from N23.56 billion to N48.09 billion.

The profit before tax increased by 154%, amounting to N50.54 billion, while profit after tax climbed significantly to N33.25 billion from N13.63 billion in 2024. Earnings per share rose by 144% to N55.41, compared to N22.71 in the previous year.

The company attributed its strong performance to enhanced operational efficiency and effective cost management, with gross margins rising to 35.3% from 26.3% and operating margins increasing to 32.3% from 20.0%. Alex Gendi, the Chief Executive Officer of Beta Glass PLC, stated that the results reflect the resilience of the business model and the success of strategic initiatives despite market challenges.
