The TEF, Africa's leading philanthropy, empowers a new generation of entrepreneurs across 54 African countries, particularly emphasizing women's economic empowerment.

Since its launch in 2015, the TEF Entrepreneurship Program has provided business training to millions of young Africans, creating over 1.5 million direct and indirect jobs and generating $4.2 billion in revenue across the continent.
