Nigerian Rapper Blaqbonez Dragged to Court Over Alleged Harassment and Privacy Violation

Nigerian rapper Blaqbonez, real name Emeka Akumeful, is being sued for cyber harassment and invasion of privacy by a woman identified as Jane Doe. The woman's legal team, Bristol Mortglass C S, filed a petition stating that Blaqbonez obtained and circulated her private video without consent, leading to emotional distress and continuous online harassment.

Despite requests to delete the material and apologize, Blaqbonez allegedly ignored them, prompting the woman to seek police intervention. The rapper's actions are said to violate several laws, including the Cybercrime Act and Violence Against Persons Act in Nigeria.
