Bournemouth and Brighton Eye Millwall's Femi Azeez

Femi Azeez, a 24-year-old winger currently playing for Millwall, has had a notable season in the Championship, registering nine goals and eight assists in 34 appearances. His impressive performance has drawn the attention of top-flight clubs Bournemouth and Brighton, who are closely monitoring him ahead of the summer transfer window.

Azeez is set to leave Millwall at the end of the season, with both clubs reportedly interested in securing his services. Additionally, Azeez has made the decision to represent Nigeria internationally, despite being eligible to play for England and Spain.

He does not need to apply for a FIFA change of nationality, as he has not featured at any level for either England or Spain. Azeez's Nigerian heritage comes from his father, while his mother is Spanish.

The Nigerian Football Federation has initiated formal contact with Azeez's representatives to integrate him into the national team setup ahead of upcoming international engagements in May and June.
