Ex-AGF Malami Accuses DSS of Obstructing Due Process and Violating Rights

Former Attorney General of Nigeria, Abubakar Malami, has accused the Department of State Services (DSS) of obstructing due process and violating fundamental rights by blocking access to his family and legal team. Malami was granted bail by the EFCC but alleges that the DSS delayed his release and rearrested him without access to his legal team.

The incident occurred during a crucial time as Malami was preparing his defense in an EFCC interim forfeiture matter pending in the Federal High Court.
