Governor Fubara Seeks Direction from Tinubu After Emergency Rule in Rivers State

Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers state visited President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at Aso Rock Villa to seek direction after the expiration of the emergency rule in the state. This marked Fubara's first official visit to the President since his reinstatement.

Fubara emphasized the need for peace and cooperation in the state, without directly mentioning his political feud with Governor Wike. The Governor also attended a church service in Opobo Town before his meeting with Tinubu.
