Iran Launches Missile Strikes on Israel in Retaliation

Iran has retaliated against Israel by firing missiles into central Israel, particularly in the Ramat Gan area near Tel Aviv. This action was described as revenge for Israeli airstrikes that resulted in the deaths of two people and injuries to several others.

The strikes also caused damage to property, including a train station. Iranian officials, including Ali Larijani, the security chief, and Gholamreza Soleimani, head of the Basij paramilitary force, confirmed the missile attacks.

The Iranian government continues to face daily air attacks from Israel, which reportedly targeted Iran's intelligence ministry, although this has not been confirmed by either side. Despite the loss of key Iranian officials, including Foreign Minister Abba Araghchi, the country’s political structure remains resilient.

The ongoing conflict has heightened uncertainty and fears in the region, with the potential for repeated missile and drone attacks affecting both Iran and Israel.
