Lagos PRO Benjamin Hundeyin to Replace Adejobi as New Police Spokesman

Lagos State Police Command's Public Relations Officer, CSP Benjamin Hundeyin, is set to become the new Force Public Relations Officer (FPRO), replacing DCP Muyiwa Adejobi. Hundeyin, who has been serving as the spokesperson for the Lagos Command since March 2022, is expected to take on the national role at the Force Headquarters in Abuja following Adejobi's redeployment to Delta State Police Command.

Adejobi was recently promoted to Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) and then to Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP). The Nigerian Police Force described Adejobi's redeployment as a routine administrative adjustment within the force.

The move is seen as a strategic shift in police communication at both state and national levels.
