President Tinubu Reappoints Buba Marwa as NDLEA Chairman Until 2031

President Tinubu has renewed the appointment of Brigadier General Buba Marwa as the Chairman of the NDLEA for a five-year term until 2031. Marwa, a retired military officer with a distinguished career, previously served as the Chairman of the Presidential Advisory Committee on the Elimination of Drug Abuse.

He holds postgraduate degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and Harvard University. Under his leadership, the NDLEA has achieved significant success in combating drug trafficking.

President Tinubu commended Marwa's achievements and expressed confidence in his ability to continue the fight against drug cartels.
