Pressure Mounts on Tinubu to Sack Wike Over Fubara Row in APC Rift

The Karamchi Online Journalist Forum has urged President Bola Tinubu to sack Barrister Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), over an alleged rift involving Governor Siminalayi Fubara of River State. The group accuses Wike of disrespect and intimidation towards Fubara, a full member of the APC.

Sani Ahmad Zangina, the National Chairman of the forum, criticized Wike for suggesting there is no guarantee of an automatic ticket for Fubara in 2027. The forum calls for respect, unity, and peace within the party and urges Tinubu to take action to safeguard democracy.
