Trump and Congress Unite to End Anti-Christian Violence in Nigeria

In a bid to address anti-Christian violence in Nigeria, Rep. Barri Moor, alongside President Trump and Congress, met with a high-level Nigerian delegation led by NSA Mallam Nuhu Ribadu in Washington D.C.

The focus was on escalating insecurity and alleged persecution of Christians, with discussions on strengthening counterterrorism cooperation. The meeting highlighted the security breakdown in Nigeria, particularly in the northeast and middle belt regions, due to threats from Boko Haram, ISWAP, banditry, and militia violence.

The delegation emphasized the urgent need for international cooperation to stabilize the affected regions.
