BUA Group Awards N30bn Cash Prizes to Employees for Loyalty and Long Service

BUA Group, led by founder and executive chairman Abdul Samad Rabiu, awarded N30 billion in cash prizes to employees for their loyalty and long-standing contributions. The ceremony celebrated employees with service ranging from five years to four decades, highlighting the company's core belief in valuing its workforce.

Rabiu stressed the importance of employees in the company's growth and success, with 510 recipients across various service and excellence categories receiving cash prizes ranging from N100 million to N1 billion. The gesture aimed to recognize and appreciate the dedication and sacrifices made by employees over the years as BUA Group continues to expand and invest in various sectors in Nigeria.
