Bukayo Saka Names Favorite Childhood Song as 'Oleku'

In a recent conversation with actor Daniel Kaluuya, Bukayo Saka disclosed that his favorite childhood song is the Nigerian hip hop classic "Oleku," performed by IC Princ and featuring vocals from Brymo. This track, which became a defining anthem of the Afrobeat genre in the early 2010s, remains popular across Nigeria and its diaspora.

Saka's revelation highlights his connection to his Nigerian heritage. In addition to this personal insight, Saka has recently signed a new contract with Arsenal Football Club, extending his stay at the Emirates Stadium until 2031.

His previous deal was set to run until June 2027. Saka, who represents the England national football team, continues to embrace his Nigerian roots and supports charitable initiatives in West Africa.
