DJ Tunez, whose real name is Michael Babatunde Adeyinka, was allegedly assaulted during this confrontation. In response to the incident, DJ Bodi expressed support for DJ Tunez via an Instagram statement, urging unity among DJs.

The association emphasized the need for fairness and professionalism within the entertainment industry, highlighting the importance of treating DJs with dignity. They also called for members to reject discrimination and uphold values of equal respect.
