CAC Delists 247 Companies Over Fake Registrations (FULL LIST)

The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has delisted 247 companies from its official database due to fake registrations. The CAC announced this on Friday, revealing that the affected companies were never properly registered as limited liability companies and had fake registration certificates with RC numbers that were never issued by the Commission.

The CAC warned the public and business community to disregard any transactions or agreements involving these delisted companies, emphasizing that they are not legally recognized corporate entities in Nigeria. The Commission also removed the names and RC numbers of the affected companies from its database to prevent future fraudulent claims.
