Moises Caicedo Signs New Chelsea Contract Until 2033

Moises Caicedo has officially signed a new contract with Chelsea FC, which will keep him at the club until 2033. The 24-year-old Ecuadorian international expressed his commitment to the club's project at Stamford Bridge and his desire to become a Chelsea legend.

This new agreement follows his British record transfer from Brighton & Hove Albion in 2023, initially set at £100 million, which has now risen to £115 million. Caicedo highlighted his happiness in extending his contract, believing the club is heading in the right direction and emphasizing his ambition to win trophies.

He has been a key player for Chelsea, contributing significantly in the midfield and starting every Premier League match last season, with five goals and 42 appearances. Chelsea's strategy includes rewarding key players with long-term contracts, having already extended the contracts of captain Reece James and Cole Palmer.

The new agreement was reached earlier this week.
