ADC Candidate Omar Sulaiman Promises Issue-Based Campaign

Engr. Omar Sulaiman, the governorship candidate for the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Adamawa State, responded to a recent court ruling concerning past campaign posters.

In a press statement made available to journalists in Yola on Monday, Sulaiman, through his campaign director general Elder Mark Wosi, expressed a commitment to protect public infrastructure and uphold the rule of law. He stated that the ADC team accepts the court verdict in good faith and respects the judiciary.

Sulaiman emphasized that his campaign will focus on issue-based solutions to the challenges facing the state, including job creation, education, health, agriculture, security, and environmental protection. He specifically mentioned the need to address the evacuation of large refuse dumps and block drainage systems, which pose public health concerns in the state capital.

Sulaiman aims to implement modern waste management systems as a key pillar of his administration if elected in 2027.
