The Initiates Holds Signing Ceremony for Capital-Raising Initiative in Waste Management Sector

The Initiates, a leading Nigerian environmental waste management solutions company, conducted a signing ceremony for a capital-raising initiative. The combined offer includes a rights issue of 177,996,310 ordinary shares at N7 per share and a public offer of 932,022,138 ordinary shares at N9.50 per share.

The company aims to strengthen its operational capacity and expand its services in the hazardous waste management sector. Key executives like Jude Chiemeka and Joe Anosikeh expressed optimism about the offer, aligning with the company's growth trajectory.

Reuben Mustapha Ossai highlighted that the hybrid offer will enhance the company's position as a leader in sustainable waste management solutions in Nigeria and West Africa.
