Chelsea to Learn Carabao Cup Opponents on Monday

Chelsea and 10 other Premier League teams not participating in European competitions will discover their opponents in the Carabao Cup second round draw on Monday. The draw will occur during the build-up to the first round clash between Plymouth Argyle and Exeter City.

Chelsea is targeting its sixth title in this competition's history. The second round fixtures are set to take place during the week commencing Monday, August 24.

The teams involved in the draw include Brentford, Chelsea, Fulham, Newcastle United, Everton, Leeds United, Nottingham Forest, Tottenham Hotspur, Coventry City, Ipswich Town, Hull City, Walsall, Wolves, Stevenage, Middlesbrough, Cambridge United, Millwall, Fleetwood Town, Barnsley, Bradford City, Burnley, Stoke City, Peterborough United, Lincoln City, Crewe Alexandra, Shrewsbury Town, Doncaster Rovers, Blackburn Rovers, Sheffield Wednesday, Blackpool, Luton Town, Preston North End, Cardiff City, Leicester City, Watford, Norwich City, Leyton Orient, Reading, Birmingham City, AFC Wimbledon, West Ham United, West Bromwich Albion, Charlton Athletic, Southampton, and Sheffield United.
