Olayemi Cardoso to Lead Nigeria's Delegation to IMF/World Bank Meeting in Washington DC

Olayemi Cardoso, the Governor of the Central Bank, has been selected to head Nigeria's team at the IMF/World Bank annual meeting in Washington DC on October 13. This decision comes as a replacement for the Minister of Finance, Wale Edun, who is indisposed.

The Nigerian delegation will include Minister of State for Finance, Dori Uzoka, and will participate in key events such as the Development Committee Plenary Session and the International Monetary and Financial Committee Meeting. Bayo Onanuga, in a statement, announced Cardoso's appointment to lead the delegation.
