Carter Efe Overtakes Adesokan Emmanuel as Africa's Top Twitch Streamer After Davido Livestream

Nigerian skit maker and musician, Carter Efe, has risen to the top of Africa's Twitch streaming scene, surpassing Adesokan Emmanuel as the most-followed creator on the platform. Following a livestream with Afrobeat megastar Davido, Efe's Twitch account saw a significant surge in followers, crossing the 400,000 mark.

Notably, Davido's appearance on the stream set a new viewership record for Twitch in Africa, attracting around 83,000 viewers. The stream also featured appearances from prominent figures like Cubana Chief Priest and Super Eagles forward Victor Osimhen.
