Chef Hilda Baci Cooks 200 Bags of Rice for World Record Attempt

Nigerian celebrity chef and Guinness World Record holder, Hilda Baci, explained her decision to cook 200 bags of rice instead of the initially planned 250 bags in an attempt to set a new world record for the largest serving of jollof rice. Baci cited technical and safety reasons for the adjustment, as the weighing process required a specific scale capacity.

Despite the reduction in the number of bags, the chef emphasized the monumental nature of the feat, attracting thousands of food lovers and dignitaries to witness the record attempt at Eko Hotels in Lagos. Baci's project, a year in the making, showcased her culinary skills and dedication to achieving culinary milestones.
