Toyota CFAO Nigeria Launches 2026 RAV4 with Warranty

Toyota CFAO Nigeria introduced the 2026 Toyota RAV4 to the Nigerian market, marking the first time the current generation model is available to local customers. Managing Director Boy Ajayi stated that Nigerian customers will no longer have to wait years for newer models, as the RAV4 will be available with full manufacturer support and a three-year warranty.

The launch signifies a shift in Nigeria's automotive market, moving away from older grey imports. The 2026 RAV4 is offered in three variants: Active 2.0L 2WD, Comfort 2.0L 4WD, and Limited 2.0L 4WD, featuring a 2.0-liter DOHC petrol engine producing 172 horsepower.

Key features include a 481-liter boot space, various drive modes, and advanced safety features. Ajayi emphasized that the vehicle is designed around customer needs, reflecting ongoing investments in Toyota CFAO's operations in Nigeria.

The demand for the model is already evident, with customers placing orders ahead of the official launch.
