Champion Breweries Plc held its 50th Annual General Meeting on Thursday, 21 May 2026, at Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos. The following resolutions were passed and disclosed to the Nigerian Exchange Limited.

Shareholders approved a dividend of ₦0.07k per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The qualification date was the close of business on 8 May 2026, with payment scheduled for 22 May 2026, subject to applicable withholding tax.

Four individuals were appointed as directors: Mr. Eric Idiahi, Mr. David Butler, Mr. Olufunminiyi Alabi, and Mr. Thompson Owoka. Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited was appointed as external auditors for the year ending 31 December 2026, with the board authorised to fix their remuneration.

Three shareholders — Mr. Olatunde Olayemi, Mr. Adebayo Oluwafemi, and Chief Peter Mgbeahuru — were elected as shareholder representatives on the Audit Committee. Mrs. Mary Atunyota Akpobome and Mr. Thompson Owoka were nominated to represent the board on the same committee.

Under special business, non-executive directors' remuneration for 2026 was approved, and a general mandate was granted for the company to enter into recurrent related-party transactions for day-to-day operations on normal commercial terms.
