Phyna Calls Out Etinosa for Celebrity Boxing Match

Josephina “Phyna” Otabor, the winner of the Big Brother Naija reality show, has challenged Nollywood actress Etinosa Idemudia to a celebrity boxing bout following her victory over Nkechi Blessing at the Chaos in the Ring event. This event took place on October 1 at the Federal Palace Hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos, where Phyna won by a fourth-round technical knockout, earning ₦50 million and a brand-new car.

After her victory, when asked by the organizers of Balmoral Promotions who she wanted to face next, Phyna named Etinosa, accusing her of sending unsolicited messages. Etinosa accepted the challenge, stating her previous messages were intended as advice.

The proposed bout between Phyna and Etinosa is anticipated to be a significant event in the growing trend of celebrity boxing matches among Nigerian entertainers.
