Charly Boy Supports Daughters' Sexuality Disclosure

Charly Boy, a veteran Nigerian entertainer, discussed his support for his two daughters after they revealed their sexualities in an interview with The PUNCH Newspaper. His younger daughter was the first to disclose her sexuality, followed by her elder sister years later.

Initially, Charly Boy found it difficult to accept this news, particularly concerned because his younger daughter had not yet had children, unlike her older sister, who is a mother of six and has a great-grandchild. Over time, his perspective shifted as he recognized his daughters' happiness and independence.

He stated that he did not want disagreements over their personal choices to harm their relationship. Charly Boy believes that as long as his children are independent and not financially dependent on him, their lives are theirs to manage.

He also commented on modern parenting, asserting that while parents can advise, they cannot dictate every decision their children make.
