Chef Hilda Baci Makes History with Largest Jollof Rice Pot Attempt

Celebrity chef Hilda Baci embarked on a Guinness World Record attempt to cook the largest pot of Jollof rice at Eko Hotels in Lagos. The event drew a vibrant crowd of supporters as Baci, with her mother's blessings, began the historic cooking session.

Originally planned at Muri Okunola Park, the event was relocated to Gbagada due to overwhelming interest. The massive pot was designed to cook 250 bags of rice, producing thousands of servings.

Baci confirmed the readiness of the pot, which was meticulously cleaned before the cooking commenced. This culinary feat marked a significant moment in Nigerian Jollof history.
