Chelsea Football Club faced 74 charges from the FA for rule breaches, including violations of various regulations spanning from 2009 to 2022. The charges involved breaches of FA Football Agents Regulations, Working Intermediaries Regulations, and Third Party Investment Players Regulations.

The infractions were mainly observed during the 2025 season. Chelsea responded, attributing the issues to historical matters discovered after a takeover by a new ownership group in 2022 led by Todd Boehly of Clearlake Capital.

The club stated that the case followed a thorough review of financial dealings under the former ownership.
