China Commits to Global Governance Reform and Cooperation with Nigeria

China has expressed its commitment to enhancing global governance and strengthening cooperation with Nigeria through the Global Governance Initiative (GGI). The Chinese Embassy in Nigeria highlighted the GGI as a platform to reform global governance systems, promote inclusivity, and address historical injustices.

The initiative, part of China's vision for a shared future, aims to give a greater voice to the Global South in international institutions like the UN Security Council. China emphasized its willingness to collaborate with African nations, including Nigeria, within the framework of the GGI, alongside other global initiatives for development and security.
