Oyo State School Abduction Highlights Nigeria's Insecurity

On May 15, 2026, a two-year-old child was abducted from a nursery school in Oyo State, marking a significant incident in the ongoing insecurity crisis in Nigeria. This event is part of a troubling trend, as 40 teachers and students were kidnapped from three schools in Ogbomoso, including Baptist Nursery Primary School and Oriir Community Grammar School.
