Cleaner Rewarded with N2.5M for Returning N4.8M in Borno State

A cleaner in Borno State, Aisha Muhammad Aisami, who returned N4.8 million mistakenly sent to her account, was rewarded with a N2.5 million cheque by the Da'awah Wal Irshaad Women Organisation. The organization presented the cheque in Maiduguri, appreciating her honesty.

The cleaner, Faiza Abdulkadir, received the reward after a donor read about her act in the Daily Trust Newspaper and decided to support her. Faiza, a mother of five, works at the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital and was also previously gifted N1 million by the Borno State First Lady.
