Critical Miner Finance Corp (CMFC) PLC has officially completed its name change and relocated its corporate headquarters to Lagos, specifically at 1 Akin Adesola Street, Victoria Island. This transition marks a significant milestone in the company's strategic evolution as a specialized mining and metal commodities finance investment group.

The name change followed the receipt of requisite regulatory approvals and was filed with the Nigerian Exchange (NGX). Mr.
