Critical Minerals Financing Corp CMFC creditor claims notice 2026

Critical Minerals Financing Corporation Plc (CMFC), formerly known as DEAP Capital Management & Trust Plc, filed a corporate action notice dated 16 September 2026 on the Nigerian Exchange, calling on all creditors, bondholders, financial institutions, government entities, and any other claimants to formally submit their claims against the company.

The exercise is being conducted as part of a comprehensive reconciliation and regularisation of the company's books and records, carried out pursuant to its ongoing regulatory process with the SEC. Claimants are required to submit the amount claimed, nature and basis of the claim, and all supporting documentation — including agreements, invoices, judgments, and correspondence — within 21 days of the publication date.
