Cole Palmer Makes Premier League History at Chelsea with Hat-Trick Record

Cole Palmer made history in the Premier League by surpassing John Terry's record at Chelsea. Playing against Wolverhampton at Molineux on February 6, 2026, Palmer scored a hat-trick in the first half, becoming the first player in Premier League history to achieve this feat.

This accomplishment took Palmer's goal tally for Chelsea in the Premier League to 42, surpassing John Terry's record of 41 goals during his time at the club. Palmer's hat-trick also saw him surpass the likes of Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink and Eden Hazard in Chelsea's history.

The young player had previously completed a move from Chelsea to Manchester City in the final day of the 2024 summer transfer window.
