Shareholders approved the company's Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2025. A final dividend of 15 kobo per share was declared, supplementing an interim dividend of 10 kobo per share that was paid on 27th August 2025, bringing the total dividend for the 2025 financial year to 25 kobo per share.

Three directors — Dr. Tony Anonyai, Mr. Adegbola Adesina, and Chief Sunny Obidegwu — were re-elected following retirement by rotation. PKF Professional Services was re-appointed as External Auditors effective 1st January 2026, with directors authorised to fix their remuneration for the year ending 31st December 2026.
