Obasanjo Urges Nigerian Parents to Connect Children with Yoruba Culture

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo urged Nigerian parents, particularly those abroad, to connect their children with Yoruba culture and language to prevent the loss of identity in foreign lands. He emphasized the importance of cultural heritage and roots during the Odun Omo Oluwo 2025 event in Abeokuta, Ogun State.

Governor Dapo Abiodun and Deputy Engr. Noimot Salako-Oyedele also emphasized investing in the Owu Kingdom to create jobs and boost the state's economy.

The event aimed to promote cultural preservation and unity for economic growth.
