APC Begins Sale of Nomination Forms for 2026 Convention

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has initiated the sale of nomination forms for aspirants seeking zonal and national positions in preparation for its national convention, set to take place in Abuja on March 27-28, 2026. The sale of forms began on Thursday and will conclude on March 16.

According to a notice from Sulaiman Muhammad Argungu, the APC's National Organizing Secretary, aspirants for zonal offices will pay a uniform fee of N100,000, while those seeking the position of National Chairman must purchase their nomination form for N10 million. The Deputy National Chairman's nomination form costs N7.5 million, and there are 21 positions within the National Working Committee, each requiring a fee of N5 million.

Aspirants for the National Executive Committee can obtain their forms for N250,000. Female aspirants, youth, and persons living with disabilities are entitled to a 50% reduction in the nomination fees.

The zonal congresses are scheduled for March 24-25, with an appeal process on March 26.
