Cornerstone Insurance Plc board meeting set for October 29, 2026

Cornerstone Insurance Plc (NGX: CORNERST) has filed a formal notice with the Nigerian Exchange Limited disclosing that its Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, 29th October, 2026, at the company's offices at Cornerstone Complex, 21 Water Corporation Drive, Off Ligali Ayorinde Street, Victoria Island, Lagos. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am.

The sole agenda item disclosed for the meeting is the consideration of the company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter Ended 30th September, 2026.

In line with Rule 17.18(a) of the NGX Rulebook 2015 (Issuers' Rule), as well as Sections 5 and 6 of the company's Securities Trading Policy, Cornerstone Insurance commenced a closed period from Thursday, 1st October, 2026. During this closed period, all insiders are prohibited from trading in the company's securities. The restriction will remain in place until 24 hours after the Q3 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements have been released to the public.
