Odumodublvck Assault Trial Adjourned to April 2026

The FCT High Court in Life Camp, Abuja, has adjourned the trial of Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck, to April 8, 2026. This decision follows a civil suit filed by another Nigerian musician, Ogbogiri Okei Levi, known as Kraziec, who alleges that Odumodublvck assaulted him during a public event in December 2024.

The claimant's counsel, Uchenna Ojemb, and the defendant's counsel, Taiwo Akinsuli, agreed on the adjournment date to allow the case to commence in a newly renovated courtroom. Kraziec claims that he was peacefully taking pictures and videos at the event when Odumodublvck allegedly assaulted him without reason, inflicting emotional distress.

The claimant is seeking an order for the defendant to pay for medical expenses incurred during treatment and is demanding N2 billion in damages, along with a public apology from Odumodublvck on social media platforms and in two national newspapers.
