Court Orders Lagos Police to Withdraw Officers from Nestoil Premises Amid Debt Dispute

The Federal High Court in Lagos has directed the Lagos State Police Command to immediately withdraw its officers from Nestoil Limited premises. This decision comes after the lifting of an asset freeze related to a debt dispute involving FBNQuest Merchant Bank and Nestoil Limited.

The court's ruling nullified previous enforcement actions and restored control of the premises to Nestoil Limited pending further legal proceedings. The order was issued by Justice Daniel Osiagor, marking a significant development in the ongoing legal battle.
