Lagos Court Orders Forfeiture of Night Club Over Drug Allegations

The Federal High Court in Lagos has granted an interim forfeiture order for a property housing a night club in Victoria Island, Lagos, over drug-related allegations. The property, allegedly used for storage and distribution of illicit drugs, was linked to drug deals and abuse.

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) sought the forfeiture pending the conclusion of investigations after a raid recovered nitrous oxide and cannabis. Individuals including Mike Nwali and Joachim Hillari were identified in connection with the illicit substances.
