Court Reverses NNPP's Dissolution of Kano Party Executives, Cites Contempt

The High Court reversed the NNPP NWC's decision to dissolve the party's executive committee at various levels in Kano State. The court found the dissolution to be in contempt of court and ordered the NNPP to maintain the status quo.

This ruling came after the NNPP NWC had announced the dissolution of the party's executives in Kano State. The court directed the party to uphold the leadership led by Sanusi Batur Dawakin Tofa.
