Ronaldo Becomes Al-Nassr’s All-Time Top Scorer

Cristiano Ronaldo achieved a significant milestone by becoming Al-Nassr’s all-time leading scorer in the Saudi Pro League after netting his 104th goal during a 2-1 comeback victory against Al-Taawoun on Friday, August 28. The match took place at Al-Awwal Park in Riyadh, where Al-Taawoun initially took the lead with a goal from Bassam Al-Hurayji.

Al-Nassr equalized before halftime with a goal from Samú Costa, and Ronaldo secured the win with a decisive goal in the second half. This goal allowed Ronaldo to surpass the previous record of 103 goals held by Mohammed Al-Sahlawi.

Following the match, Ronaldo expressed his happiness regarding the achievement, emphasizing the importance of his teammates and the support from fans. He stated, “I am very happy; this is a great achievement,” and thanked his teammates for their contributions.

Ronaldo celebrated the victory on 𝕏, stating, “Three points. We keep going.” Al-Nassr's next match is against Al-Ittihad next weekend.
