Nigerian Customs Recruitment Portal Crashes Ahead of CBT Test

The Nigerian Customs Service (NCS) faced technical issues as its recruitment portal crashed during a pre-exam test exercise, causing frustration among applicants. The system displayed multiple error messages, including a 500 internal server error, leading to complaints on social media.

The NCS acknowledged the glitch, attributing it to heavy traffic on the portal. Despite this, the agency assured candidates of a smooth process.

The recruitment process involves a Computer-Based Test (CBT) scheduled for September 14-21, 2025, with the first phase of applications already received. The NCS encouraged applicants to familiarize themselves with the system ahead of the main examination.
