Olamide Credits Dagrin for Influencing His Music Career

Nigerian rapper Olamide acknowledges the significant influence of the late indigenous rapper Dagrin on his music career. In a recent video broadcast, the YBNL boss revealed that he listened to Dagrin's critically acclaimed album "C.E.O" for inspiration, especially during writer's block.

Olamide described Dagrin's album as a timeless project that has influenced numerous rappers, particularly in the South West region of Nigeria. Dagrin tragically passed away in an auto crash in April 2010, but his music continues to inspire and resonate within the industry.
