David Wej Unveils Luxury Menswear Line in Lagos

Nigerian fashion brand David Wej has launched a new luxury line called David Wej Signature in Lekki, Lagos. This new line expands the brand's menswear offerings with a focus on premium fabrics and refined tailoring.

The fabrics are sourced from the UK, Japan, and Italy, with collaborations from high-end mills such as Loro Piana, Drago, Brown Aaron, and Kerry Knoll. The collection includes suits and jackets available in both ready-to-wear and made-to-measure options.

Founder and Creative Director Adedayo Eweje stated that the line aims to elevate the brand’s luxury offerings by emphasizing fabric quality, detailing, and craftsmanship. Eweje expressed a strong personal connection to the Nigerian market, noting that Nigerian consumers appreciate quality and craftsmanship.

He also mentioned that Nigeria ranks third globally in luxury shopping, following Arab and Asian consumers. David Wej was founded in 2008 and has stores in London and other locations.
