Davido Arrives in Nigeria for Zlatan Ibile's Wedding

David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, arrived in Nigeria ahead of the wedding of his colleague and close friend, Zlatan Ibile. His arrival drew attention due to a video showing him stepping out of the aircraft in an unusual outfit.

In the video, he appeared excited and was seen jumping joyfully on a man whose identity was not disclosed. Zlatan Ibile is set to marry his longtime partner, Davita Lamai, in a grand ceremony in Lagos on Saturday, October 24, 2026.

The couple shares two sons, Toluwalase and Benaiah, and had previously held a private civil wedding before planning this larger celebration. Davido's arrival followed his public support for Zlatan, which included posting images of bundles of dollar bills on his Instagram Story on October 21, 2026, with the caption: “Heavy weekend for my bestie @zlatanibile/IG”.
