Chioma Adeleke, the wife of Nigerian award-winning singer Davido, faced criticism for her outfit at the 68th Grammy Awards held in Los Angeles. Chioma, along with her elder sister Sharon Adeleke, attended the event where Chioma's sheer dress sparked outrage on social media.

Following the backlash, Chioma took to Instagram to share a photo from the awards ceremony and responded to critics, stating she would not repeat the controversial outfit. Meanwhile, Sheriff Oborevwori Ossai, the Senior Special Assistant on Media to the Delta State Governor, expressed disappointment over Chioma's attire, emphasizing the need for adequate representation of Nigerian culture.

Chioma clarified that she did not attend the event inappropriately dressed and highlighted the importance of setting a positive example for young Nigerians.
